1. FINISHING MORTARS ON THE BASIS OF CRUSHED ROCKS AND SYNTHETIC POLYMERIC BINDER
Mortars have a high decorativeness, durability, allow to using waste of crushed stone and comparatively widespread organic glues.
2. REPAIR COMPOSITIONS
Quickly hardening repair compositions on the basis of liquid glass with admixtures. Can be used for emergency and hydro-isolating works.
3. HIGH-STRENGTH AND HIGH-SLUMP CONCRETE
The high-slump concrete with strength 70-90 MPa and with admixtures of modifiers, allowing providing high homogeneity and quality of concrete mixtures, improved strength and other properties are developed.
4. THE DISPERSION-REINFORCED GIPSEOUS MATERIALS
The gipseous materials reinforced by a basaltic fibre, having high durability on tension, bend, shock durability, lowered shrinkage, high waterproofness are developed.
5. FOSFO-GIPSEOUS BINDER
Ecologically effective technology of fosfo-gipseous binder on the basis of fosfo-gipseous waste is developed. The binder can be used for wide application in gipseous dry mixtures and materials.
6. Pressed (VIBRATION-pressed) concrete MATERIALS with the usING of waste of processing of basalt and granite
No-standard faction after the crushing of basalt and granite can execute the function of aggregates and filler of pressed (vibration-pressed) concrete materials by strength 20-40 MPa. Such concrete provide producing of wide variety of constructions on the simplified energy-economy technology with the using of pressing (vibration-pressing). On the given technology it is possible to make different wall, road–build and finishing materials.
7. ceramic MATERIALS with the usING of basaltic tuff
A basaltic tuff can be considered as original clay raw material – in composition with traditional clay components, application of basaltic tuff allows making the wall ceramic materials of the improved quality (facial bricks, tiles). Using of basaltic tuff is possible on existent technological plants on production of building ceramic materials.
8. Facial ceramic MATERIALS, HEAT-RESISTANT MATERIALS ON the basis of KaolinS
On the basis of kaolins in composition with plastic clay raw material is possible to produce the facial wall ceramics of light colour, and also heat-resistance materials for industrial stoves, heating of metallurgy, thermal energy industry, building industry.
9. SUPERplastiCIZER for gipseous mixtures
The effective superplasticizer for gipseous mixtures, allowing to decrease the water-gipseous ratio to 0.35 at saving the plasticity consistency and accordingly increase strength and decrease porosity is developed
